DecorAI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to upload photos of their rooms and generate AI-based design suggestions in various decoration styles. The Service is available on iPhone (iOS), Android, and web browsers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and images you upload to DecorAI ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your images for the purpose of providing our AI interior design Service. This includes sending your images to third-party AI processing services (such as OpenAI, Azure, and Replicate) solely for the purpose of generating design suggestions.

You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. AI-Generated Content

The design images generated by our AI are provided for inspiration and visualization purposes only. You may use the AI-generated designs for personal, non-commercial purposes. The AI-generated designs are not professional architectural plans or construction documents and should not be used as such.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, feasibility, or safety of any AI-generated design suggestion. Always consult with qualified professionals before making structural changes to your home.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of DecorAI require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or AI-generated content for commercial purposes without our written consent
  • Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content

8. Intellectual Property

The DecorAI name, logo, app design, website content, and underlying technology are the property of DecorAI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with and relies on third-party services including OpenAI, Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, AppsFlyer, Meta (Facebook), and Google Analytics. Your use of our Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to any decisions made based on AI-generated design suggestions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DecorAI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
